Having practiced gymnastics for fourteen years, Ana developed discipline and resilience that continue to shape her today. She enjoys weight training and teaching indoor cycling, activities that keep her focused and grounded.

Ana also loves crime documentaries, trips to the movies, and spending time by the sea in her hometown of Veracruz, where she recharges with good food, a glass of wine, and moments shared with her family.
