Daniel Moore brings nearly 30 years of agency experience building and scaling high-performing staffing organizations and serves as the President of Hathaway Healthcare Staffing, a role he’s been dedicated to since January 2025. His primary responsibilities include spearheading executive search and Interim initiatives, driving client strategy, service excellence, and market expansion. He has worked diligently to cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment on candidate profiles and swift hiring processes.

Before joining Hathaway, Mr. Moore served as the Vice President of Business Development at B.E Smith, an AMN Healthcare Company for 11 years. Representing the Northeast Market, Mr. Moore collaborated with hospital and health system executives on Interim Leadership, Executive Search, Board Presentations, and Consulting Solutions. Mr. Moore takes a personalized approach to making the right connections at the right time, ensuring a win-win situation for both clients and candidates. His earlier roles with Robert Half International, KForce Professional Staffing, and Daley and Associates, where he honed his expertise in recruiting operations, business development, and go-to-market execution.

Mr. Moore holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Niagara University, Niagara Falls, NY and he actively contributes his time and expertise to local community and national non-profits.
