Michael Hill brings more than 30 years of executive search experience and more than 13 years in hospital management. His diverse healthcare experience includes hospital operations, management, business development, strategic planning, and consulting. In his role, Mr. Hill focuses on partnering and supporting a variety of healthcare organizations in the recruitment of healthcare leaders.

Prior to joining Hathaway Healthcare Staffing, Mr. Hill served at several well-known, national executive search and consulting firms. Through these roles he has conducted searches from the director to CEO level for a variety of organizations, including integrated delivery systems, rural hospitals, critical access hospitals, FQHC’s, academic health centers, managed care organizations, health systems, hospitals, and medical groups. His extensive healthcare consulting and recruitment experience provides a strong foundation to understand the critical leadership competencies necessary in today’s healthcare environment.
