As Vice President and Healthcare Practice Leader, William is recognized for his strategic leadership, relationship-building skills, and commitment to connecting exceptional healthcare professionals with organizations that are making a difference in patient care.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, William began his career as a Senior Agent with Platt Security, where he developed a strong foundation in operations, leadership, and client relations. He later served as a Health and Safety Counselor with the BOP Agency, gaining valuable insight into the importance of compliance, well-being, and workplace safety — principles that continue to guide his approach to recruitment today.

Transitioning into recruiting was a natural next step for William. He quickly excelled by combining his people-first mindset with a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends. Over the past five years, he has focused exclusively on the healthcare sector, where his ability to match talent with mission-driven organizations has helped his clients grow stronger teams and deliver better care outcomes.

Outside of work, William is a dedicated husband and father who enjoys spending time with his family, especially on trips to the mountains where he can enjoy the snow and the outdoors.
