Position Overview

The Director, HR Shared Services is a builder and operational leader responsible for establishing, standardizing, and continuously improving the HR service delivery infrastructure. This role provides strategic and day-to-day leadership across three interconnected functions: HR Connect (enterprise employee and manager services), HR Compliance, and HR Communications — including recruitment marketing.

This leader brings a builder’s mindset: capable of designing infrastructure from the ground up, establishing service-level standards, and building a team culture grounded in customer service, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The Director also plays a key role in the organization’s HR transformation journey — supporting Workday optimization, the development of self-service capabilities, and the evolution of HR service delivery toward a scalable, technology-enabled model that enables HR Business Partners to focus on high-value strategic work.
