Position Summary
1. Concept Development, Proposals & Client Presentation
The Producer is responsible for selling experiential programs and ideas. Turn small asks into larger opportunities.

Develop relevant experiential concepts aligned to client objectives, budgets, and timelines

Research and outreach to venues, suppliers, city/town permitting to obtain relevant information for any stage during proposal to execution.

Build polished, persuasive proposals and Canva/PowerPoint decks that clearly communicate strategy, pricing, and logistics

Confidently present concepts, budgets, and execution plans to clients and agency partners

Collaborate closely with BD/sales team to evolve ideas from pitch through contract
2. Experiential Execution & Activation Management
Once contracted, the Producer owns delivery from start to finish.

Create detailed budgets, pricing models, and production timelines as you work with suppliers/partners.

Source, negotiate, and manage vendors/suppliers, staffing agencies, venues, and fabrication partners

Oversee logistics including permitting, shipping, staffing, equipment, and run-of-show

Act as the primary point of accountability throughout production and execution

Lead onsite execution during activations, ensuring quality.

Proactively problem-solve in real time and be key point of contact for clients when onsite.
