Position Summary

​

The Gynecologist will join a collaborative, patient-centered Women’s Center dedicated to providing comprehensive gynecologic care across all stages of life. This role focuses on outpatient GYN services, preventive care, diagnostics, procedures, and long-term patient relationships. You will work alongside a supportive clinical team committed to high-quality, compassionate care in a community that deeply values its providers.

Key Responsibilities

​

• Provide comprehensive gynecologic care, including preventive exams, diagnostics, and treatment

• Perform in-office procedures and minor surgical interventions as appropriate

• Manage chronic and acute gynecologic conditions with evidence-based care

• Collaborate with nursing, primary care, and specialty teams to ensure coordinated patient care

• Educate patients on treatment plans, reproductive health, menopause management, and long-term wellness

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to program development

• Support the Women’s Center in meeting the needs of a growing and diverse patient population
   

Qualifications

​

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology (GYN-only practice focus welcomed)

• Eligible for Vermont medical licensure

• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to patient-centered care

• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, community-focused environment

• Interest in contributing to program growth and service expansion
