Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who brings strategy, empathy, and execution together. This role is responsible for building and delivering high‑impact recruitment solutions that align business goals with human connection. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor to leadership, deeply experienced in full‑cycle recruiting, workforce planning, employer branding, and process optimization—particularly within complex, regulated environments such as healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy

Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational growth and long‑term workforce planning

Serve as a strategic partner to executives, HR, and hiring leaders to define staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities

Lead full‑cycle recruitment across clinical, corporate, technical, operational, and leadership roles

Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and early talent initiatives
Full‑Cycle Recruiting & Operations

Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from requisition through onboarding, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance

Implement and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, onboarding platforms, and recruitment technology

Ensure compliance with employment laws, credentialing requirements, background checks, and regulatory standards

Analyze recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill, quality‑of‑hire, cost‑per‑hire) to continuously improve outcomes
Stakeholder Partnership & Training

Act as a consultative advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on interviewing, selection, and unbiased hiring practices

Train leaders on interview techniques, talent assessment, and hiring best practices

Collaborate with HR, Legal, Operations, Marketing, and HRIS teams to align recruitment with organizational initiatives
Employer Branding & Talent Marketing

Develop and promote employer branding initiatives through social media, recruitment marketing, and community partnerships

Represent the organization as a brand ambassador at career events, colleges, professional forums, and industry summits

Build strong talent pipelines through referrals, partnerships, and proactive sourcing strategies
Organizational Impact

Contribute to organizational development initiatives focused on diversity, adaptability, and collaboration

Support internal mobility, career development programs, and leadership pipelines
Qualifications
Required
-
10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
-
Proven experience leading full‑cycle recruitment in complex, high‑volume, or regulated environments

Strong background partnering with executive leadership and senior stakeholders

Expertise in ATS/CRM platforms (iCIMS, SuccessFactors, or similar)

Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable strategy

Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and coaching skills
Preferred

Healthcare, clinical, or highly regulated industry experience

Background in employer branding, early talent programs, or organizational development
