Position Overview
 

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join a high-quality neonatal care team providing comprehensive care to critically ill and premature newborns. This role offers the opportunity to practice evidence-based medicine in a collaborative, well-supported NICU environment focused on exceptional outcomes and family-centered care.
 

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Provide comprehensive neonatal care in the NICU, including management of premature and critically ill infants

  • Perform neonatal procedures and attend high-risk deliveries

  • Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatric subspecialists, nurses, and respiratory therapists

  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with families regarding care plans and outcomes

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols

  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory and safety standards


Qualifications
 

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology

  • Eligible for medical licensure in the practicing state

  • Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills

  • Commitment to high-quality, family-centered neonatal care
