Position Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join a high-quality neonatal care team providing comprehensive care to critically ill and premature newborns. This role offers the opportunity to practice evidence-based medicine in a collaborative, well-supported NICU environment focused on exceptional outcomes and family-centered care.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive neonatal care in the NICU, including management of premature and critically ill infants

Perform neonatal procedures and attend high-risk deliveries

Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatric subspecialists, nurses, and respiratory therapists

Communicate clearly and compassionately with families regarding care plans and outcomes

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory and safety standards
Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology

Eligible for medical licensure in the practicing state

Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills
