Position Summary

A well-established healthcare organization in Littleton, New Hampshire is seeking a Part-Time OB/GYN Physician to join a collaborative, patient-centered team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to practice full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology in a supportive environment while maintaining an excellent work-life balance. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care, including prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, gynecologic, and preventive services

  • Perform routine and complex gynecologic procedures within scope of practice

  • Manage low- to moderate-risk obstetric patients with appropriate consultation for high-risk cases

  • Participate in call coverage on a shared or reduced schedule, aligned with part-time status

  • Collaborate closely with nursing staff, midwives, advanced practice providers, and specialty consultants

  • Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation in the electronic health record

  • Adhere to clinical protocols, quality standards, and patient safety guidelines

 

Schedule & Call

  • Flexible part-time schedule (exact FTE and days negotiable)

  • Call responsibilities structured to support work-life balance

  • Labor & delivery support available with experienced clinical teams

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation range: $300,000 – $400,000, prorated based on part-time commitment

  • Productivity incentives and quality-based bonuses may be available

  • Medical malpractice coverage (including tail)

  • CME allowance and paid CME time

  • Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus may be considered

  • Eligibility for select benefits based on FTE

 

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology

  • Eligible for or currently licensed in New Hampshire

  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience preferred, but new graduates welcome
