$200,000 - $340,000 per year

+ 25% incentives

Position Summary

The OB/GYN provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and full‑spectrum women’s health services. This role combines clinical expertise with patient‑centered care, supporting women across all stages of life through preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full‑scope obstetric care, including prenatal visits, labor and delivery management, and postpartum follow‑up.

  • Deliver gynecologic care such as annual exams, contraception counseling, menopause management, and evaluation of acute and chronic conditions.

  • Perform gynecologic procedures and surgeries, including C‑sections, hysterectomies, laparoscopic procedures, and in‑office interventions.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence‑based care for a wide range of women’s health needs.

  • Collaborate with nurses, midwives, primary care providers, and specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.

  • Participate in call coverage as assigned, including labor and delivery and emergency GYN care.

  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives, patient education, and departmental meetings.

  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and organizational policies, including patient safety and HIPAA requirements.

 

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

  • Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.

  • Active and unrestricted state medical license (or eligibility).

  • DEA registration with appropriate schedules.

  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills.

  • Experience in both obstetric and gynecologic care across diverse patient populations preferred.

 

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.

  • Experience with high‑risk obstetrics (depending on site needs).

  • Familiarity with EMR systems and documentation best practices.

  • Commitment to patient‑centered, collaborative care.

 

 

Work Environment

  • May include outpatient clinics, labor & delivery units, operating rooms, and emergency departments.

  • Schedule and call requirements vary by organization.
