Outpatient Physical Therapy – Weekday Schedule

A growing outpatient physical therapy group is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join their dynamic, patient‑centered team. This role focuses on high‑quality evaluations, development of individualized treatment plans, and oversight of care delivered by Physical Therapy Assistants. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations for new patients and new presenting problems

• Develop and update individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and patient goals

• Oversee and guide Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) in executing treatment plans

• Ensure compliance with established plans of care and monitor patient progress

• Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based rehabilitation services

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

• Collaborate with clinic leadership and interdisciplinary partners as needed

 

Reports To

Administrative Director and Physician Owner

 

Candidate Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (active or in‑progress)

• 0–10+ years of experience in outpatient or orthopedic physical therapy

• Ability to supervise and support PTAs

• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient‑education skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated initiative and interest in workflow improvement

• Comfort working in a fast‑paced outpatient environment

• Experience training or mentoring PTAs or PT colleagues
