About the Role
​
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients across all ages. This position focuses on prevention, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions while fostering long-term patient relationships and promoting overall wellness.
As a Primary Care Physician, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure continuity of care, and uphold the highest standards of evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Clinical Expertise

Deliver primary care services including physical exams, preventive screenings, and routine health assessments.

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate referrals to specialists.

Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and lifestyle modifications.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
Safety & Quality

Adhere to clinical guidelines and institutional protocols.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Maintain compliance with regulatory and hospital standards.

Promote a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care environment.
Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with nursing staff, allied health professionals, and administrative teams.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to support coordinated care.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to practice development.
​Qualifications

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution

Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Current and unrestricted state medical license

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred

Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills
