We are looking for full-cycle recruiters who can open new job opportunities, source top-tier candidates, and drive successful placements. This hybrid role combines business development and recruiting. It’s perfect for clinicians or healthcare insiders with strong networks and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Open new job orders with healthcare facilities and decision-makers.
Source and refer qualified clinicians via a custom link or form.
Share branded content and personal stories on LinkedIn or clinician forums.
Represent Hathaway in virtual events or online groups.
Provide field feedback to improve outreach and strategy.
Optionally fill roles directly with your own candidates.
Who We’re Looking For
We seek clinicians or recruiters who are respected by peers and facility leadership. The ideal candidate will be:
Active on LinkedIn or in clinician communities.
Comfortable with direct outreach, storytelling, and negotiation.
Specialty-aligned (ICU, ER, NP, PT, OT, RT, etc.).
Bonus points if you’ve successfully placed candidates or opened jobs before.
Compensation Structure
Our compensation structure is designed to reward your efforts:
Business Development
$2,500 for each job opened (paid once Hathaway fills the role and receives payment).
If multiple jobs are opened with one client, you earn $2,500 per job (paid once Hathaway fills the role and receives payment).
Candidate Placements
$2,500 per candidate placed (if you fill the role yourself).
If you place 3–5 candidates in a calendar month, you’ll earn $5,000 per placement.
If you place 6+ candidates in a calendar month, you’ll earn $7,500 per placement.
